In the wake of the punk wave from the UK, with bands like Sex Pistols and The Clash, Dumdum Boys started as Wannskrækk in 1979. In 1985, they took the name Dumdum Boys, and since then, they have been a part of our collective memory and zeitgeist. New fans keep coming. Praises such as 'Norway's foremost live band' have followed them since the beginning – driven by defiance and joy of playing.
