D-A-D: Celebrating 40 Years

Danish hard rock legends D-A-D are coming to Sentrum Scene on October 24th to celebrate their 40th anniversary! The band is behind a number of immortal rock classics, such as "Sleeping My Day Away", "Bad Craziness", "Everything Glows" and many, many more.

D-A-D - formerly Disneyland After Dark - achieved international breakthrough in 1989 with the album No Fuel Left for the Pilgrims and the hit "Sleeping My Day Away". After 40 years of heavy guitar riffs and hard beats, the band has become Denmark's rock house orchestra. They have played everywhere, for everyone and are still just as popular.

2024 will be a big year for D-A-D, as the band also has new music on the way. They have written around 40 songs since their last album, A Prayer For The Loud (2019), and from them the band has chosen the best 17-18 and recorded them. A bit further into the process, they will probably cut some songs, so that the upcoming album will be, according to themselves, "all killers, no fillers".
