Rockefeller, John Dee, and Sentrum Scene have an age limit of 18 for all events unless otherwise specified in the program. Some events have a 20-year age limit. To enter events with an 18-year / 20-year age limit, individuals must be 18 years / 20 years or older and carry valid identification. They do not have a guardianship arrangement, so being accompanied by individuals over 18, even if they are parents or guardians, does not permit entry. There are no exceptions to this rule. At events with an 18-year / 20-year age limit, identification is mandatory. Identification will be checked for all attendees assumed to be under 25. Valid identification includes a physical national ID card, passport, physical driver's license, or a photo ID bank card. Digital identification (digital driver's license or Bank-ID) or photo of identification is not valid identification. The photo on the ID must be easily identifiable as the user's.

Opening hours

At Rockefeller and John Dee, doors usually open at 7:00 PM on weekdays and Sundays, and at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Sentrum Scene typically opens its doors at 7:00 PM every day. However, this may vary from event to event. Always check the exact opening times by clicking on each individual event and your online ticket for updated and accurate information.

Showtimes

Unless otherwise specified, the standard procedure is for the supporting act to begin approximately 1 hour after the doors open and the main artist approximately 1 hour after support starts. If there is no supporting act, the main artist usually performs about 1.5 hours after the doors open. Please note that these times may vary. It's recommended to arrive well in advance of the event start time to avoid queues.

Both Rockefeller, John Dee, and Sentrum Scene have cloakrooms that are mostly staffed during the winter season, with some exceptions. Visitors can leave their outerwear or store their bags/backpacks for a cloakroom fee of 55,- NOK. Only one garment per hanger is allowed.

Companion passes unfortunately do not grant free access to events at Rockefeller, John Dee, or Sentrum Scene. All patrons are required to purchase regular tickets via Ticketmaster. For individuals who require accommodations, please contact the organizer well in advance of the event, and they will make the necessary arrangements.

We kindly ask that audience members using wheelchairs or requiring accommodations email post@rockefeller.no(Opens in new tab) as early as possible, and at least 1 business day before the event, so they can ensure the best possible arrangements. For weekend events, please contact them no later than 4:00 PM on Friday.

At Rockefeller and John Dee, there are only standing spaces unless otherwise advertised. For some events, there may be some unreserved seating available in addition to standing spaces, as indicated in the description of each individual event. These seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

At Sentrum Scene, there are approximately 430 permanent seats in the gallery. For certain events, these seats will be numbered, while others will have unreserved seating available on a first-come, first-served basis when the gallery is open. In some cases, an event may offer two ticket types – standing and seated – allowing attendees to purchase a ticket that guarantees a seat. A few events will have only seating throughout the venue, either numbered or unreserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you think you've lost something at Rockefeller, John Dee, or Sentrum Scene, please email post@rockefeller.no(Opens in new tab) with a description of the lost item and the event you attended. They will respond as soon as possible during office hours (weekdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Items that may pose a danger or harm to other guests/artists are not allowed. This includes sharp objects such as studs, knives, umbrellas, selfie sticks, etc., which will be confiscated upon entry. E-bike batteries are not allowed inside due to fire hazard. Bringing in alcohol, food, drinks, bottles, and cans is also prohibited.

Laser pointers, flashlights, or any other light sources that may disturb other guests or artists are not allowed.

Small bags are permitted inside the venue but will be checked upon arrival. Large luggage is not allowed.
