Regnvær was formed in Bodø in 2015, and quickly gained attention in their hometown with their catchy hits and beautiful ballads.
The band consists of bodø boys Kristian Steffensen, Ruben Skorstad, Øyvind Mentzoni Skjervold, Jonas Lind and Joachim Schmidt. Since the start in 2015, songs such as "Høyere", "Aurora", "Søvnløs" and "Danser" have given them a lot of radio play and several million streams on Spotify. With a sound that moves in the cross between pop and modern R&B, combined with honest lyrics about love, nostalgia and finding yourself, the boys in Regnvær have captured many hearts and created a solid fan base in Norway. The band has also gained a good reputation live. Even before their album debut, they have managed to play concerts all over the country, at everything from large festivals to small club stages. Regnvær is currently recording his debut album which will be released in 2024.
