About
Klossmajor is a Norwegian pop and jazz band that started in 2015. The band features three lead vocalists: Karoline Karlsen, Dorothea Økland, and Maja Sørbø. They met at the University of Stavanger, where they studied performing jazz music together. Their sound exists in a space between pop and jazz, with Norwegian lyrics and improvisational elements. Their songs explore themes of life, love, and long evenings in dimly lit bars. In 2022, they released their debut album “Ordner seg for snille jenter”, followed by their second album “Alt jeg ikke har” in 2023.
