Espen Lind has had a long and distinguished career as a musician and producer, writing songs for global superstars like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. He’s also a familiar face on television as a judge on The Voice and in 2024 he appears as Pontius Pilatus in Jesus Christ Superstar at Folketeateret.
Espen Lind’s breakthrough came in 1997 with the release of “When Susannah Cries” and the album Red, which achieved significant international success and earned him three Spellemann Awards in Norway.
In addition to his success as a solo artist, his collaboration with Kurt Nilsen, Alejandro Fuentes, and Askil Holm on the "Hallelujah Live" albums became a massive hit, further cementing his status as one of Norway’s most beloved artists.
