When you buy tickets, you must enter that information in the form, otherwise the transaction cannot be completed. We shall not give out your contact details to others, with the exception of the venue you are buying your tickets for.

Ticketmaster Norway accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners, e-accept and e-giro. Our website is protected by SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer), securing that your personal information will be misused by third party interests.
Prices and Availability
Ticketmaster Norway sells tickets for affiliate promoters. Consequently, these promoters, and not Ticketmaster Norway, are responsible for deciding how much a ticket costs. It is also the promoter who decides the total number of seats available per section. Tickets are sold through different channels, such as the internet, our call center, post offices and box offices.
All sales channels are using the same ticketing system, which means that popular events might be sold out within minutes. As the date of the event approaches, sometimes a limited number of extra tickets can be released. Ticketmaster Norway has no influence on that process.
Our fees depend on the price of the tickets and the method of delivery.
Cancelled, Rescheduled or Transferred Events
Promoters reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events. In case of a rescheduled or canceled event, Ticketmaster Norway refunds according to the promoter's guidelines but not later than 60 days after the date of original event. Service fees are not refundable. If you bought your tickets through our call centre or at one of our ticket outlets, they will refund your tickets. Money Refunds and Changing Tickets
Please make sure that you chose the right tickets before you confirm your purchase. Ticketmaster Norway does not refund tickets that have been purchased or issue exchanges for other tickets. If your ticket has been damaged in such a way that it can no longer be checked for its validity, please contact us. We will then send you information about what to do next.
If Ticketmaster Norway has any doubts about the contact details you entered, we reserve the right to get in touch with you using the address, telephone number or e-mail address you entered, before mailing the tickets. If we do not get in touch with you, Ticketmaster Norway will cancel your order without any notice. The tickets you ordered can then be sold to other customers.
Tickets will be mailed to the address you entered when buying your tickets.
Delivery of Tickets bought on Website and through our Call Centre
Deadline for payment on our website and through our call center is seven days before the event occurs. This is to make sure that Ticketmaster Norway will have enough time to deliver tickets by ordinary mail. Usually, tickets can be reserved for collecting until the moment the event starts. Tickets are also available through our direct sales channels.

Our website is protected by SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). Your contact and account details are coded to secure that no one can misuse them. For our transactions, we only use methods of payment that are approved by Norwegian banks. Keep your tickets in a safe place. Note that direct sunlight and other heating sources can damage tickets.
How to change Your User Information
You can register on our website by creating an account while purchasing a ticket online. You are then able to choose your preferences. When you have submitted your registration, you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. In that e-mail you will find an internet address where you can change your details at any time. You can also use "my account" to edit your user information.
Ticket Limit per Customer
The limitation on how many tickets a customer can buy depends on the event he is buying tickets for. The limit is published on the purchase page and is checked at every transaction. We do so to prevent misuse of our website.
